After receiving his Juris Doctor (JD) in 1976 from the University of British Columbia, Dr. Lim was called to the British Columbia bar in July 1977 and has been in private practice in the Greater Vancouver area ever since. In 2004 Dr. Lim obtained his doctorate in business administration (DA) from California Pacific University. Dr. Lim also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Science from Ateneo University (1972) in the Philippines.
